O.R.S. Scoop
Dehydration is common during and after physical exertion, such as sports, at high temperatures. Excessive perspiration, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, burn injuries, or specific medication may also lead to dehydration symptoms. Be alert and make sure that ORS is always within reach. A combination of the right amounts of salt and glucose enhances the absorption of water during physical exertion or whenever your moisture levels are unbalanced. This Care Plus® O.R.S. is suitable for all ages. The formula has been approved by the World Health Organisation (WHO).
Use the Care Plus® O.R.S. Scoop in case Care Plus® O.R.S. is not present. With this scoop you can easily mix your own re-hydration solution with 200 ml of drinking water, salt and sugar. The cups on both sides of the Care Plus® O.R.S. Scoop serve can be used for measuring. Fill the cups and ensure they are level. The large cup is for measuring the correct amount of sugar, while the small cup is for measuring the correct amount of salt. Stir the mixture to dissolve the sugar and salt and drink it slowly. Simply clip the Care Plus® O.R.S. Scoop like a key chain to your belt or bag.
